 Our time together isn’t about “doing more healing work”… this is about recognizing the healing work you’ve already done, refining the practices that keep you connected to your empowerment and moving beyond the wounded healer, the version of you that once resonated with “healing”…. becoming the sovereign empath, earth angel, goddess. One who has mastered the self and offers powerful healing energy to this world with simply your presence… not because of what you do, but because of who you recognize you are.

What our time together will be like:

• Integrating your shadow aspect - the practice of true self acceptance and true self expression, embracing your discomfort and unease to find freedom in surrender and release

• Establishing boundaries surrounding your core truth, deepening trust within and trust with others 

• Surrendering to divine alignment, clearing your path and strengthening your connection to your intuition

• Preparing your body and mind to co-create your heaven on earth… discovering and exploring what that is!

• Strengthening your ability and capacity to hold space for ALL of your unique expression and experience of life, ultimately allowing you to enjoy and explore this intimacy with others as you continue to learn and grow

Coming home to your energy system is a way of bridging the gap between human & divine. Physical & Spiritual.

Being unaware of our energetic needs creates separation between ourselves and others… if we dismiss, ignore or react out of fear or anger to our own shift in energy, we will also do this to others and will almost always have this reflected back to us in a continuous loop or “battle of the ego”. When we become aware of ourselves, we become aware of others. Our needs become fulfilled and our healing essence can be offered to ourselves and this world from a place of conscious, loving awareness… responding instead of reacting. This allows divine spirit to be an active part of our human experience in this world and in connection to others, relieving the pressure/weight of performance and inevitably awakening deeper our own truth and also that of others. This is the “break in the chain”. This is what it means to be the “chain breaker”.

If you thought you were an activator or catalyst before… that gate is about to be blown open and expanded so far beyond your familiarity. Only this time… you will know how to control it, work with it, connect to it. Instead of becoming triggered and spiraling/crashing/shutting down and abandoning yourself, you will consciously communicate and create intimacy and healthy connection within yourself… your body and mind. Instead of triggering others and abandoning them, you will be able to recognize and respond in a way that guides you both deeper into love, healing and awareness. It is not silence, but sacred pause you will become most familiar with.

Your capacity to hold space for not just yourself but also others is going to become not only renewed, strengthened and developed… but also sustainable. It will be the foundation from which you continue to grow and evolve with this strengthened capacity. There will be no limit to what you can do, what you can sense, what you can become. You will glide through this world confident and aware of your powerful presence, unafraid of being seen, experienced and perceived.

And rather than this become just another layer of ego that creates an illusion of separation… you will instead recognize the greater capacity at which you can offer your love and healing presence to not only yourself but also those who react to you from a place of unawareness, fear… their own wounding. You will see yourself beyond your wounding, giving you the ability to see others beyond theirs. Your wounding and triggers no longer exist as a cage to keep you stuck or suffering, but rather exist as a catalyst for change and evolution. You will see only strength in your scars and joy for being able to not only see beyond them, but also sense and move beyond them… creating new bonds of trust in your physical & spiritual energetic system (the nervous system). This will ultimately allow you to create new bonds of trust in connection to others and the world around you, cultivating healthy respect, intimacy, love and sense of union and community.

It is time for you to remove the mask of “the black sheep” and embody your truth of “the light bearer”. It is time for you to recognize yourself as not just the “empath” but the “sovereign empath”.

Each day I will connect with Goddess and the Angels to intuitively guide and channel for our individual collective needs… to honor the flow and harmony in which our feminine energy, wisdom and emotional body thrives.  It will be a combination of:

Angel Channeling

Re-establishing a relationship to the highest & lightest expression of feminine, masculine and child within ourselves… discovering and connecting to your angel essence.

We will connect with specific angel archetype of divine spirit, such as Archangel Michael, Gabriel, Uriel, Azrael etc.. taking the time to reparent your inner child through the eyes and guidance of the powerful qualities and characteristics the angels offer us. 

Learn how to communicate with your angels, create a stronger bond of trust and belief and develop a healthy relationship with angelic guidance so when we check in with our inner masculine, feminine and child… we are offering expansion, growth and transcendence… not just another positive self talk that is easily forgotten and dismissed.

Learn how to intuitively read tarot (this is perfect for you if you feel more drawn to your psychic abilities than you do the traditional way of reading tarot).  Tarot is not fortune telling, however can at times be a conduit for Goddess/The Universe to reveal its divine plan to you, as well as a powerful tool for self reflection.  It will reveal your current thoughts/feelings/emotions as well as be a catalyst for profound change when seen as a guide rather than an answer. 

We will pull one card for each day, diving deeper into the many meanings and interpretations, allowing for slow and careful note taking/integration.

I believe one of the most important aspects of learning tarot is to interpret the many different meanings at many different times… creating a blueprint for your subconscious mind so that when you do go to read tarot more fluently, it flows naturally and easily.

How i read/intuit tarot is guided by the angels and so it will look/sound different than the traditional reader of tarot, which I acknowledge is the reason why we are all here in this space together.

Goddess Of Love Affirmations

Affirmations do not heal you. They give you the blueprint, the mindfulness that you will need when triggered to bring loving awareness into the parts of you that are wounded or scared… allowing you to be healed and find sacred devotion in these experiences. 

They are an opportunity for your subconscious mind to choose a new path that creates golden opportunities for your conscious mind to flow and explore.

Together we will build out our affirmations, allow you to connect your conscious mind to subconscious thoughts… then it will become a guided meditation that is building new framework for your mind to follow without effort.

Intentional written prayers shared with divine that not only express deep gratitude and honoring to Goddess within you but also shines a light on any shadows you wis to make peace with.  Acknowledging and connecting to a higher power beyond ourselves relieves us of unnecessary & illusionary pressures/burdens.  You will not only find surrender, but realize how good it feels to exist in this state of being from both a conscious and subconscious place.

This includes opposite handed, written affirmations building through each chakra to create new neural pathways for your brain to follow… thus creating space for evolution.

Shadow Integration

With me, this looks like… Self acceptance, practicing non-resistance, energy clearing, identifying feelings/thoughts/emotions & breathing into them until they become a manifestation of something you can talk to/understand.

Learning to sit with our uncomfortable selves…. Thoughts, memories, feelings, experiences and emotions.

What good with all of the energetic and magickal exploration be if we completely ignore or disconnect from the “darker” or “shadow” aspects of ourselves?  The entire purpose of “light work” is to fill and strengthen you with love and power that can then be used to meet your shadows with kindness, grace, compassion and understanding.

When I intuitively feel this may be what our collective energy is calling for, I will guide you into this space and also guide you out.  I will be with you every step of the way, but only to help you realize that it is YOU who is with you every step of the way and has the strength and power to be so in a way that is transformative, whole and complete.

Angel Somatic Yoga

A flow of breath work, mudras & asanas to move energy through the body with the intention of awakening, cleansing and empowering the senses.

We will connect to our breath, consciously and intentionally welcoming life force energy into different parts of our body, beginning with our physical airways and expanding into the energy body within our physical body. 

We will practice holding different asana poses for longer periods of time… to co-create a physical sensation of comfort in any discomfort you sense.  We will be taking the time to deeply connect with the offerings, benefits and experiences in each pose… 

We will practice subtle, yet incredibly powerful energy work with mudras, hi-lighting 5 major “body forms” including the Bliss Body, Psycho-Emotional Body, Physical Body, Wisdom Body and Energy Body.

The specifics…

Our time together will take place via LIVE Zoom Sessions for 60-90 Minutes & Group Chat Discussions at the end of each session.

 Meeting Times:  Monday, Wednesday & Friday @7PM PST 

For Members: Fridays are Special Flow Days specifically for putting into motion the yoga asanas we practiced throughout the week… it will be more of a Yin-Style Class, where we move slowly in presence with each pose, come prepared to honor your body’s individual needs! Our Saturday’s will also be a chance for us to check in and chat for a bit.

Every ritual is a LIVE experience, making our time together extra special and unique!  The sessions will be recorded and uploaded/shared via Dropbox link for Members & for those whose timezone might not align, or if you need to miss any sessions, to watch later on your own time… and also to have and to keep for reference whenever you wish to reconnect to your ritual practices.  As a Sanctuary Member, you have lifetime access.
